If win3max discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source. Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered on win3max are urged to contact support immediately.

win3max employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional checks at any point during the account lifecycle to enforce the 21+ requirement.
