Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the win3max website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at win3max.net.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on win3max and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on win3max, including all associated balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their win3max account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by win3max that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on win3max, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of win3max or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended win3max account.

win3max reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

win3max employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their win3max account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify win3max support immediately. win3max will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Players must keep their registered personal information current and accurate. Any change in name, address, contact details, or payment method must be reported to win3max support promptly. win3max reserves the right to suspend accounts where registered information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated.

win3max accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

win3max accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to issuing bank policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. win3max does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. win3max reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: within 1–24 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days from approval

win3max does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which win3max bears no responsibility. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

win3max complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation. win3max will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities in any AML investigation.

win3max offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all win3max promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the Bonus Balance before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Live casino games, certain slots, and specialty games may contribute differently to wagering requirements.
• win3max reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• win3max reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is detected.

Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonus offers may contact win3max support to request removal from promotional communications. Opting out of bonuses does not affect a Player's ability to use the Platform for real money play.

All games available on win3max — including live casino tables, slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

win3max uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, win3max will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. win3max's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. win3max reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win3max platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the win3max platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the win3max platform, software, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward win3max staff or other Players via any communication channel.

win3max employs real-time fraud detection and behavioral analysis systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. win3max will cooperate with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in any investigation involving prohibited conduct.

All content on the win3max platform — including but not limited to the win3max brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of win3max or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the win3max platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any win3max content without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of win3max intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

win3max collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on win3max, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win3max complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

win3max will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

win3max is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

win3max provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break option of 24 hours to 30 days, during which the account is suspended from gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win3max and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

win3max's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their win3max account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win3max does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. win3max is not responsible for any damage to a Player's device, software, or data resulting from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit win3max's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

win3max reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon termination for cause, win3max reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any amounts owed to win3max, subject to completion of any pending verification or investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting win3max support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment source.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. win3max operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to win3max's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal written complaint to win3max support, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

The most current version will always be available at win3max.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
